Trek2Reconnect with Lizz Hills offers nature-based counselling and eco-therapy to support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Rooted in eco-psychology and mindfulness, her services provide a safe, supportive space for healing, whether through walk-and-talk therapy in nature or telehealth sessions.

By integrating movement, mindfulness, and connection to the natural world, Lizz helps clients build resilience, clarity, and emotional well-being. Sessions are tailored to each individual, promoting self-discovery, empowerment, and deeper connection to self, community, and the environment.
