Service Description
We Walk for Wellbeing is a year-long program you can join any time, that offers two walks each month through the Scenic Rim—one in a local suburb and the other exploring the region’s breathtaking, adventurous trails. Designed to bring women together, this initiative fosters connection and supports mental and physical wellbeing. Rooted in the simple yet powerful act of walking in nature, it nurtures resilience, mindfulness, and community. Each guided walk invites participants to slow down, share stories, and experience the restorative power of the natural world. Whether seeking movement, connection, or a moment of stillness, these walks create a welcoming space for all.
